Is a high density storage system
in which the pallets with dimensions of 1200x800
or 1200x1000 are moved inside tunnels by a
shuttle operated by remote control and equipped
with photocells that position the shuttle
under the pallet.
The shuttle is powered by 24v battery blocks
which can be removed without immobilizing
the shuttle.
The loading of the pallet in each tunnel can
be done by a conventional reach-truck. Once
loaded the shuttle works independently marshalling
pallets as required.
Storage according to FIFO or LIFO system.
Possible to integrate WMS (warehouse management
software).
Suitable for Cold stores.
Ideal for rapid offloading of bulk transporters
/ can be fitted retrospectively.
